Farrah Disability Services was built on the understanding that NDIS support shouldn't feel impersonal, clinical, or distant. Our community — Melbourne's diverse, multicultural northern suburbs — deserves better.
With over 10 years of combined experience in disability support, our founding team saw a gap: participants from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds were underserved. They deserved support workers who understood their language, their values, and their goals — not just their care plan.
That's why we built Farrah around cultural responsiveness, consistency, and genuine connection. We work hard to match participants with the right support workers, and we maintain those relationships with care.
The Elevate Youth Program grew out of seeing too many young people with disability isolated and disengaged. We knew sport, peer connection, and structured skill-building could change that — and it has.
