Is Farrah a registered NDIS provider? +
Yes. Farrah Disability Services is fully registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (Provider #4050083020). All our staff are NDIS Worker Screening checked.
What management types do you accept? +
We work with Self-Managed, Plan-Managed, and NDIA Agency-Managed participants. All billing follows the current NDIS Price Guide.
How quickly can you start supporting a participant? +
We aim to respond to all referrals within 48 business hours and can often begin supports within 1–2 weeks of the initial referral depending on the service type.
What areas do you service? +
Our main hub is in Preston, VIC. We service Preston, Reservoir, Bundoora, Coburg, Epping, Craigieburn, Werribee, and surrounding Melbourne suburbs. Contact us to confirm availability in your area.
Do you offer culturally appropriate support? +
Absolutely. Cultural responsiveness is at the core of who we are. We work with participants from diverse cultural backgrounds and aim to match participants with support workers who understand their language and community values.
What is the Elevate Youth Program? +
Elevate is our signature capacity-building group program for young people aged 14–25 with disability. It uses sport, group learning, and peer connection to build social skills, confidence, and independence. Learn more →
